Postage & Handling
The cut-off date for made to order clothing to be delivered prior to Christmas is 10 December. Orders for made to order clothing placed after this date may not arrive prior to Christmas.
The cut-off date for pre-Christmas delivery of ready made items (everything except clothing) is 17 December, when express post is selected at checkout.
We try our best to reduce our impact and therefore use recycled and compostable packing wherever possible. Also, where possible we use delivery services that are 100% carbon neutral.
Please note that due to COVID-19, there are significant postage and shipping delays in addition to the typical timeframes noted below. We are doing our best to get your parcels in the post as quickly as possible, however any delays after this are beyond our control.
We recommend upgrading to express postage within Australia to minimise delays.
Some items ship free, see here. These are posted via letter post which is untracked and can be slow. As there is no tracking, there is a chance these will be lost in the post during peak times which we cannot take responsibility for. It is recommended to use tracked postage.
Free domestic postage for all orders over $150, no code needed. Free express shipping for orders over $250, no code needed. Flat rate shipping of $8 (standard) or $12 (express) for orders under $150.
For in stock items, handling time is up to 5 business days and items will be posted via Australia Post or by 100% carbon neutral courier. Standard post will usually take up to 5 business days and express post will take up to 2 business days.
Handling time for made to order items is up to 4 weeks from the date the order is placed. After this, postage times apply.
Postage is available to most countries! For in stock items, handling time is up to 1 week as we typically post international parcels once a week. Once posted, delivery will take up to 10-30 business days, depending on the location.

Sometimes postage will be less than what our website will calculate, if this happens we will refund postage savings over $2.
